Highlander

This was a weird week.

I got a new companion on Tuesday and I have only been in this area for a week. So, we barely know anyone and we have been trying to meet a bunch of members and our investigators. We did manage to catch Midge and Marco home. Midge is a sweet lady we have been working with. She hasn't quite figured out what is different about this church versus the church she attends but, we are still working with her. Marco is a cool guy from Switzerland, he is going to be out of town but, I'm glad I was able to meet him just before he left. Then, the rest I haven't even met. But, we have been talking to this lady named Jennifer. She seems super cool and I can't wait to teach her she seems super interested. It's just that she works two jobs so, she is pretty busy. So, it has been crazy but, we are doing well and having fun.
Quick story, since I took over the area I am driving. But, for some reason president didn't want me driving in a little Volks Wagon Jetta. :P  I show up to get my new companion and president has pulled out a Toyota Highlander! I still don't know where he got it from or why he is letting me use it but, he is spoiling me with a fancy ride. Haha #blessed
Sunday was super stressful because, I was talking in both wards and we were supposed to have ward council in Palo Verde at the same time as my talk in Chaparral ward. That was crazy and because of all that craziness we never got around to eating lunch. Sunday was good though because there was a Christmas devotional concert we were helping out with. It was the methodist church handbell choir combined with the North Scottsdale Stake Choir. Which is awesome, ah man I love Christmas music! So good! Go listen to some right now! Love y'alls!

Scottsdale Christmas Arizona

It seemed like a short week yet at the same time it seems like I have been here for a while. It was a little disorienting to be down in the valley were every other car is a Corvette or a Lamborghini  and there are actually restaurants and stores. A pretty big contrast from the Indian reservation. That's not to put down the reservation, I still love that place and want to go back. Just a lot different. We went straight to it once we got to the valley. I got my companion, dumped my stuff at the apartment and we managed to get a good lesson that night. The next day we managed to catch a couple people home, and I got to meet them. Then, also there was a lesson with one of our recent converts and he was really cool to meet. Then, Elder Meine, my companion, he got sick. So, we made some calls and I managed to get out and proselyte with a member. I went with Brother Nuttell. He was a pretty cool guy, I enjoyed going with him. We had a super awesome lesson with a less active family and got a random call to give a blessing. So, it was all crazy and so much has happened in just a week. But, I am starting to settle in.
I had a very nice Sunday this week and I hope you did too. We had five hours of church because we cover two wards and it was cool being back into a ward. Definitely a lot of change. It almost feels like I am starting over aging because I was in Fort Apache for six months. But, anyway it was fast Sunday and I managed to get my self up there and bare my testimony. It was super cool and nice. It has been awhile since I have done that. I  guess I am a good speaker because both wards asked me to speak next week so, I guess that is happening. I am actually excited though, speaking isn't all that bad, it is pretty fun.
It's the Christmas season! I gotta watch the Christmas devotional and it was super good! I have been reading Jesus The Christ, Matthew, Luke, the end of Helaman and the beginning of 3 Nephi. It makes me so happy to think about Christmas and what is means and the purpose of our savior. I hope you have been finding that same joy.
Love you all! I hope you are all having a good Christmas!

I'm dreamin' of a DryChristmas

Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas is coming and I am seriously so filled with joy and excitement! I learned yesterday that I am being kicked out of the cozy mountains and sent to the valley. So, that killed my Christmas spirit a little bit when I learned I wouldn't get snow. Oh beautiful snow, the fluffy white mana of joy, will be no more for me tomorrow and will not be present at Christmas. 😤❄
Now that I am done ranting about snow I am sad to leave this beautiful reservation, these wonderful people and friends, and of course the lovely rez dogs. Haha but, I am excited for a new experience! I am excited to hit the ground running and see where God needs me and who God needs me to meet.
This week was weird, last Monday feels like forever ago. Monday there was this workshop that we went to for the new missionaries. Because, 80% of the people in our mission have been out for less than, six months. That just makes me feel old, well "old" as in experienced. But, our P-day that day just turned into an all day thing. It was harder to fit everything in. But, anyway it was kind of hard to find people home because they were all out of town, or at their relatives house on the other side of the reservation. We managed to have some good lessons though and we taught another family that goes to church some times up the hill off the reservation. So, that was exciting because the mom was a pretty solid member but, we had never met her because she would always go to Pinetop for church instead of the Fort Apache Branch. Also, her daughters are not baptized so, that is super exciting but, I won't be here to teach them.
Thanksgiving was good we spent the day planning for the next week and talking about what we can do more. We also ate food, don't worry, we went to three dinners! The first one was good, the second one wasn't very good when we got there they were already done eating so, it was awkward and weird and I can't explain it but, the third meal was way good! They fried the turkey or something weird, I don't want normal people do, my family bakes it usually and, frying turkey didn't seem abnormal but, it abnormally good so, good job fried turkey! 👏
Then, finally this Saturday, we had five baptisms in our district. It was crazy! So much running around and trying to figure them out and fit it all in. But, it was all worth it because now they are all coming to church and finding the joy that is in Christ! Man, this work is so good, and rewarding! I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet and teach the Atene's, it is going to be sad to leave this all behind.
Man, when you are in an area for six months it is really hard to move away. So many memories here in Fort Apache but, I guess the billionaires in Scottsdale need saving too. Haha, Hope your week was full of thanksgiving! And I hope you have already gone to mormon.org to check out this years initiative! Love you! Yes you! #LIGHTtheWORLD

So Grateful!

Happy Thanksgiving in like three days!

What are you grateful for!?
I'm grateful for my Savior.
I'm grateful for my family and all of you that I love!
I'm also grateful that my life is filled with joy and that I get to help other people find joy.

This week went by SO fast because we had the Ethelbahs Baptism this Saturday and we confirmed them in church yesterday. They are a wonderful family and I will share a picture. They are doing so well and I am so happy for them!
Also, coming up this week we are helping a family receive the blessings of the Holy Ghost. The Atene family is planning baptism this week! I am so happy and so grateful I get to be a part of it. I have nothing else to report other than, I am filled with peace and you don't need to worry about me. Just enjoy the pictures.

Elder Hamson

Sorry

Wow!

Okay, I am so sorry, today was a lazy day. I will make it up to you next week. The important part is that I am okay and happy! The Ethelbah family had their interviews for baptism and we will have a great baptism for them this week. And other then that, The Atene family is still doing great, they are so amazing and I can't wait to see them baptized next week. We did a bunch of service this last week, lots of chopping wood, and picking up trash. It was pretty cool, I actually really enjoy chopping wood. And it was cool to help this guy clean up his yard he was so grateful, it's so good! Speaking of trash, the wild horses around keep getting into our trash and we had to chase like eight of them off our yard one day, it was funny. Haha, it's not normal to see wild horses running the streets.
Again, I am sorry, but, I love you all!

Helping all the beautiful people

Well another week on the rez has been great!

We did a lot of service this week! Everyone burns wood to stay warm during the winter so, I have been mastering my chopping skills. Haha, I'm just kidding, it is actually pretty fun though! I am grateful for the wonderful opportunity I have to experience the joy that comes from doing a simple chore for these beautiful people.
As for the missionary work we have two excellent families that we have been teaching. The Atene's, and the Ethelbah's, man how I love them. They have been learning a lot and it is rewarding to see the peace and joy that is starting to enter into their lives. Pretty soon here these families will be sealed together in the temple and that thought seriously makes me smile so much! 😊
Other then them we don't have too many people we are working with so, we have been talking to a lot of people trying to figure out who is interested or who could use some service. Hopefully we will find some more people to teach this week.
We did have a Zone Training Meeting this week and I gave a training on Baptism. It went pretty well and I think it helped us focus on why it is so important to invite everyone to be baptized. It is was actually really cool to learn about and train about. You can read Alma 5 and Mosiah 18 and think about what Alma is talking about when he says Baptized unto Repentance at the end of Chapter 5.
You know this week went by so fast it doesn't feel like it has been a week. Also, I don't know what else you want to hear other then, I am doing fine, I am happy, and having a great time! 😋
Let's be honest though, all you want to look at are some pictures! 😉

Love you always and unrelenting!
Elder Hamson

1. Flash back to my old district
2. Zone lunch!
3. I was forced to wear the hat in order to eat. You do what you gotta do

This is Halloween

Okay Family!

Today is Halloween so make sure you eat a lot of candy! Haha, I am just kidding, that is unhealthy.

So, this week was interesting and these past couple days were kind of stress full. We had some good lessons this week. The Ethelbahs are still progressing and we are planning on getting them baptized this month. I am so excited for them because they are a perfect little family of seven. They have been coming to church and have been learning a lot so, that is way exciting. The other exciting news is that we found another solid family to teach. We found them late one night trying to find a certain house. We managed to stumble upon a family in need of having their wood chopped. So, the next day we chopped their wood and they came to church yesterday! So, we could potentially have another family receive the gospel into their home. This is so exciting!

I'm sorry this is super short but, I will give you the bad news and then let you know what miracles happened to solve them. So. This weekend was kind of weird because my companion was in and out of being sick. That means we didn't get much done but, at the same time we managed to get a lot done. On Sunday night the wifi was down, which means we couldn't report on everything we did that week because the system they have us put it through takes wifi and has to be in Sunday night. I don't know if that makes any sense but, it was the worst... ugh, also, something weird happened with our debit cards so we don't have any money to shop. Then to add to that, we got a flat tire.

But, as we speak, the money thing was figured out, we are at Big O fixing the tire, they have wifi, and this is Halloween. 🎃

So, all is well, here are some pictures!

I love you all!

So Good!

Hello!

Well this week was transfers, so a little bit about transfer news I am staying down in Ft. Apache! But, my second half left me. Elder Whitehouse got transferred down to the valley and I have a new junior companion Elder Burt which means that the zone leaders are now split. So, I, as a Zone Leader, am in Ft. Apache and the other Zone Leader is in Pinetop. This is confusing unless you see a map so, I will draw a picture. BOOOM!!

image1.PNG

So, there is a bunch of nothing between Whiteriver and Pinetop. In that way our zone is split into two districts one in Whiteriver and the other in Pinetop. So anyway, I am in Whiteriver and the other Zone Leader, Elder Jorden, is in Pinetop. It makes it interesting to work together but, we are managing. Hopefully it will work out well, it is just a little stressful.

It has been interesting taking over the area. I haven't driven in like two months, and we may or may not have gotten lost a couple times this week. I miss the comfort of Elder Whitehouse knowing where to go and where everything is. Haha, he has been in the north area for six months and I got here a month ago. Okay, maybe a little longer than that but, I am less experienced none the less. Haha, it's been good though. I am enjoying it, it is fun to see the branch grow.

We have been teaching a super good family the Ethelbahs. They are less active members that we re-activated and now that are coming to church. Now, the parents are the re-activated members and the children are not members. So, we have been working with them and helping their family be more united. I am excited for them, they are such great people and you can really see the change that is happening in there lives. I just hope they realize the joy that has come from keeping the commandments. Man, this sunday made me so happy! We had the Ethelbah, the Thomas and the Hernandez families at church and all of them are people I have been teaching for the past couple months. SO GOOD!

Other than that not much has been happening down here, we found a good sincere lady that we had a pleasure to talk to. She was super nice and open to know about what her savior wants her to do. and honestly wanted to follow Jesus Christ so, hopefully she keeps the commitments we left with her to read the Book of Mormon and to pray to know if it is true. It's awesomely simple how happy we can be just by keeping the commandments of God. Because the commandments are how we distinguish the difference between good and evil. If you do good you feel good. So, there you go. Make sure you do good this week so you feel good. :)

I Love to See The Temple!

Hello!

Welp, the day of transfers has come and I am going nowhere so that is fun! I get to stay with my friends amongst the native people. I am getting a new companion Elder Burt and it should be a pretty good transfer.

At the beginning of this week we had ZTM and it was a really great experience. We had some really good trainings about the atonement of Jesus Christ and about love, the pure love of Christ. All you need is a love for God and for everyone else. I think the biggest thing it did for our zone is that we are more unified as a zone. That was a great day.

Then, to add on that we had a temple trip on Wednesday. It was nice it was just our zone and President Robinson. Which is different because last time we went with three zones combined it was super crowded. It is always super good to go to the temple and it added to the spirit felt from the ZTM the day before.

We had a baptism on Saturday, the other Elders did but, it was my old area so, it was one of the investigators I taught. That was a super great service. We had like twenty to thirty people come out for it and it was a really cool baptism. That is kinda ridiculous for the reservation. That was just really cool for me because I taught her. Then, she walked up to me and asked me to do the confirmation at church the next day. So, that was super cool! So much good stuff!

Right now I just said goodbye to my old companion and I ate some pie to get over it. Haha, i actually did eat some pie. You don't get that on the reservation. Well my update is finished but, let me know if you have questions for me because I love you too!

I love you so I will give you pictures of my face.

Elder Zeballos

Dago tay, sic nae?

I started off this beautiful week with my old companion Elder Youngstrom, we went on exchanges with him to see how he is doing as a district leader. He is doing pretty awesome for being fresh out. I am so proud if him, my son! It was fun and refreshing to back in my old area for a day. I got to see some old friends and help Elder Youngstrom out. What a swell guy, wow! I also had an opportunity to go on exchanges with an Elder up the hill in Pinetop. This is kind of a new zone so, we wanted to get a good look into what happens up the hill. Anyways, I went on an exchange up there and it was good. It was weird not teaching Native Americans but, that's okay it was still missionary work. Man, I didn't spend any time in my own area. I was out and about all week.
Because, on Thursday we had another Zone Conference with Elder Zeballos of the seventy. He is a super cool guy and he had a lot to say.  He likes graphs and charts so that is cool. I love math and calculus so, it was fun looking at all the graphs. The coolest thing he mapped out is the correspondence between teaching repentance and baptism. For some reason it was beautiful how simple he made our calling look. I don't know how to explain it. But, then we had a MLC with him the next day. That was tedious because, we had to drive all the way to the valley for it and back. So, that took four hours there two hour MLC and four hours back but, we managed to use that time effectively and we planned out what we were going to train our zone on. And that Zone training meeting is tomorrow! XD Seriously so excited for that.
Then, as for how our investigators are doing. We had to drop a few because they didn't want to come to church but, we had some super good lessons yesterday with our progressing investigators. I think one of the biggest highlights of the week was went we came in contact with this lady on the street and taught her a little bit about the Book of Mormon because she asked us why we believe in it. We opened up to 3 Nephi where Christ comes to visit the Nephites. She really liked that and was excited to read it. It is complicated to explain the joy that filled her face when we gave her a copy and said she could read it. Christ is joy and the Book of Mormon contains the words of Christ so, go read the Book of Mormon today. Love you!

Elder Hamson

Pic: I show up down in the valley and I got attacked and caught with a whatever that is on.

Conference and Council Week

Hello! Hello!

Okay, let's see here... I had a bunch of meetings and conferences this week we barley did any teaching. To start off the week we had a Zone Conference with the Zone and President Robinson on Tuesday. It was a super good Zone Conference! It was focused on teaching the doctrine of repentance and I gave a training on using the pamphlet in teaching repentance. It went well, it always feels good to train fellow missionaries by the spirit. Probably the biggest thing that happened during that conference that I am excited about is that we are doing a mission wide Book of Mormon read focused on the doctrine of Christ. Which is the whole point of The Book of Mormon! So, that is exciting! I am already ten chapters in. :)
Wednesday was one of our few proselyting days. No one was really home but, we managed to teach a couple people before our stake missionary meeting that night. It is actually a Ward Mission Leader Council meeting so, missionaries and ward mission leaders. It was good though, it went smoothly and we figured out somethings for our branch. Then, we had to pick up one of the assistants to the president missionaries for an exchange. So, he was with us on Thursday to see how we are doing. On Thursday, you guessed it, another meeting! We had a unity meeting this time for the missionaries that serve in our branch so we could work together. Thursday was fun, Elder Flake, the assistant, offered to let us drive his car to help us save on miles. Because, we only get a certain amount of miles we can drive each month. Anyway, since he doesn't know our area, I got to drive his fancy car and it was super fun! I felt bad though because, that there was a crazy monsoon and I got it all muddy. Oops! But, than we had to plan for our week half that day because we just didn't have time to plan any day else, too many meetings!
So all day Friday we had a Mission Leadership Council with the mission President. It was good but, it is annoying because we just had one two weeks ago and another one this week. They want us to make sure to carry down the news and trainings to all of our zones so, stressful. But, that's okay they are super good trainings! I am just so high on spiritual knowledge from this week.
Saturday and Sunday as many of you know was General Conference. President Uchtdorf had a perfect opening talk about the beautiful plan for our happiness. Then, President Nelson with his talk about the Joy of Christ! Ah! So good! Must reads! For sure!

Alright now go do something exciting!
Love y'alls!
Elder Hamson

This week?

Hi!

Well this week was good.
Sorry, this will be short but, I will give you beautiful pictures! So, don't worry! Everything is all right!
We got a lot done but, I will only mention Wednesday. On Wednesday I went on an exchange with Elder Bailey from another district. He is a pretty cool guy and I enjoy spending the day with him but, it was a bit stressful because I have only been in this area two weeks. We had an opportunity to talk to a drunk man telling us an interesting story about a horse. He hugged us a few times and told us that he loved us. :) That's comforting. Anyway, the highlight of that exchange was this lesson with a recently converted family, the Thomas family. They are a great family and we managed to get our Branch president over there and we taught a great lesson about obedience. Now, this lesson had significance. Mormon 9, is particularly dear to my heart and I have had immensely powerful and spiritual experiences with teaching this lesson in he past. I can't really depict what exactly happened during that lesson. All I know is that I helped that family realize their divine potential. I promised blessings that I know can happen in their lives and I have seen happen in my life. Too much good can come form getting to know God. God is real. And to deny that fact, the devil has blinded your eyes. There is good and there is evil. In all things you should try to determine what is good and what is bad. God is good. He will help you and guide you. Goodness will have lasting rewards and blessings. God loves us, He loves you. Because of this he has his one true church on the earth. Is there no confusion needed. If you don't know God, get down on your knees and ask in he is there. Ask if he loves you, ask if there really is more to this life than Entertainment. I can promise you that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ church. Which means that there is a Prophet that is guided by Him. Consider the reality that this is true. Because, this means living forever in pure joy and happiness. This means that you can be sealed to your family and live with God as a family. We must choose good to be eternally happy. In order to choose good we have to know the truth of what is good.  So, have faith, ask for truth, and choose the right. It's been the secret to life from the beginning. I love you all, that is why I leave you these things in the very name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Elder Hamson

Luau

Heyoh!

This week started off nice and chilly and their was some good hope for
fall. Unfortunately it has gotten hot again but, hopefully that won't
stay long. Come to think of it I don't know if I packed any warm
clothes. I am serving in the mountains where their will be snow so, I
am excited! (assuming they don't transfer me) We found seven new
investigators this week and each one has so much potential. I just
hope they recognize the spirit that was felt and act on the message.
All we ask people to do is to pray and ask God to answer the questions
they have. Then we teach them how to pray, and how to study the
scriptures. One of those investigators' names is chatty. We taught
Chatty about Prophets and how God's priesthood authority works. She
had a couple questions but, for the most part understood what we were
claiming. I shared my testimony about what blessings come and how
these restored truths with unite her family forever. It made me think
about my family and how much I love them. It made me think about my
life and how happy and secure my home is. It reassured me how much
these people need this gospel. Anyone really that feels alone or is
lost or can't seem to find peace in their life deserve a chance for
eternal peace and eternal happiness. We are out here to offer that
chance to those who will be humble enough to receive it.

We had an MLC this week, which means Mission Leadership Council. We
found out we are having another MLC next week, plus Zone Conference.
To make it even crazier the week after that we have another MLC
because a general authority is coming to our mission. October a temple
trip and December a Zone Conference and temple trip. So much meetings.
(<--- I know, excuse my grammer it is just something my old companion
used to do)

We had a branch activity this week that we had planned for for like a
month. It was a Hawaiian Luau. It went super well. We had a bunch of
people show up and it ran smoothly. It is kind of stress full with the
chaos of childs everywhere. It was cool I played drums on a plastic
bucket while Elder Kuewa did his cultural dance thing. I also won at
this balloon race game thing. (<--- oops I lied just then)

So, I have been doing good. Thanks for asking! ;) All is well, just
getting excited for General conference next week! How about you!?

We'll talk later my lovely people!

Some Where Over The Rainbow

Dagosteek!

So, I am in a new area but, I live in the same spot and am a part of
the same branch. Which means I am still in Whiteriver on the Ft.
Apache Reservation. My new companion is Elder Whitehouse. He is super
cool and we are going to be the best Zone Leaders this reservation has
ever seen! Probably... Haha so far it has been good, I mean it has
only been a week. My old companion gained a new companion from Hawaii
that is pretty fun having him at the apartment.
There are some fun names for areas out here. There is this area called
Over The Rainbow and that is where a good number of our investigators
are at. There is other places like Another World, Dark Shadows, Life
Savers, Chicken Coop, and China Town. It threw me off at first, "hey,
where are you from?" "Another World," "haha, ha... Wait what?"
It's all good, we had this great lesson with one of our members who is
going through some things and he hasn't been coming to church. We
showed him a video about gaining daily sustenance from God, it got
super emotional and we hugged it out.
I had a weird day where I had this strange spasm in my rib. I managed
to get over it and go out teaching that day. It was still sore two
days later and then nothing. Super strange. Also, another random note,
we went fishing with the young men and I caught a fish. It was a cool
opportunity, we are trying real hard to get the youth programs work
good out here so the young people don't turn to drugs or alcohol.
Everything is good! All you want are pictures anyway... ;)
Jk! Love ya'll!

Zone Leader

Welp...

I have some crazy news this week that you all probably won't
understand.  Well of course by the title you know by now that I am a
Zone Leader. That's right, I am now accountable for twenty
missionaries comprising the Pinetop Stake. Hence, the name Pinetop
Zone. The interesting part is that my son(trainee) is TRAINING! I have
only half trained my son and he is already the District Leader and
Trainer. I'm going to be a Grandpa! (The trainer of a trainer) Get it,
because my son(trainee) is going to have a son(trainee)...

Anyway! This week was hard because there was this big carnival all
week so, nobody was home. It is a big fair they have down here every
year and it reminded me of Strawberry days in Pleasant Grove. The
Parade was actually pretty neat too. We went to the parade and talked
with tons of people and it was super hot but, I survived. Then, all
that week we stopped in at the carnival for a couple hours. It was all
good. It was a bit annoying to take pictures with every person their
but, we managed to get some people interested in us coming by.

It has it's goods and bads. We talked to a lot of new people but, at
the same time we couldn't find the people who are really interested.

So yeah, sorry this is out of order but, we had transfers and I got
transferred to Apache North area. Which I stay in the same town just
in the other area. My new companion, Elder Whitehouse, and I are Zone
Leaders. Which means I am happy because I get to meet with the Mission
President every month to gain training and wisdom on how we can help
the mission serve. Service is great, you all should sacrifice some
time to serve your neighbors. Ask what they need help with and if they
claim they don't need your help just make them cookies.

I love you all! Stay safe and enjoy the things you have and the people
you are with.

Moroni 7:45-47
45 And charity suffereth long, and is kind, and envieth not, and is
not puffed up, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh
no evil, and rejoiceth not in iniquity but rejoiceth in the truth,
beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth
all things.

46 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, if ye have not charity, ye are
nothing, for charity never faileth. Wherefore, cleave unto charity,
which is the greatest of all, for all things must fail--

47 But charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth forever;
and whoso is found possessed of it at the last day, it shall be well
with him.

Professional T-Shirt Designer

Hi,

This week in Ft. Apache Elder Hamson had a cool, strange, successful,
long week.

Sound good? Good.

Haha I'm kidding, I don't what to say about this week because we had a
ton of lessons and I can't remember anything else that happened. One
of our progressing investigators is going great and he might drop
coffee from his diet soon. But, he didn't come to church this week and
we are hopping it was just like a doctor appointment or something.
Dwight though he is still going strong. He has come to church twice
now it has been great he is definitely looking for a change from his
interesting history. We are supposed to get Marcella baptized but,
this fair is coming to the reservation this week and it is ruining all
of our plans.  Haha, one of these days she will be baptized. We really
need to get her dad active though. He works on forest fires and they
are always busy over the summer.
We met three new investigators this week! One of them, Bailey, is a
super nice guy who believes in God but, has never been a part of any
religions. So, we are hoping on helping him understand a bit more.
Matthew is a shy soul who we found and he has been open so far to
hearing our lessons. Finally, Robert live two minutes walking distance
from the church and we hope to help him with his questions. He has a
super great family and it is would be amazing how much the Gospel
could effect his life.
Man I miss doing a bunch of service. Back in Snowflake we did a bunch
of service almost every morning. This week were going to help these
people build a shed and it was gonna be fun. Then, it rained and they
called it off. But, rain is good, I like rain.
Our zone leader is a good artist and we were trying to get him to get
some art done for a zone T-Shirt so, apparently that is my job. So, it
has been interesting trying to motivate him into drawing it out. Once
he drew it I scanned, designed, and created the T-Shirts in PDF format
for the shirt people. So, the shirt design for our zone feels like my
baby. I am so excited we have them printed today. I will send a sweet
picture next week. It isn't crazy intricate because we wanted to go
for simplicity.  There is power in simplicity. I'll let you ponder on
that for a bit.

Love ya'll!
